MENTOR is among the TOP 100 of Germany’s most innovative SMEs once again in 2020

T100_20_Member_2

The prestigious competition TOP 100 has been recognising the most innovative companies among Germany’s SMEs for the past 27 years. We are once again one of the winning companies this year. In the independent selection process, MENTOR was particularly impressive in the “Innovation Success” and “Outward Looking/Open Innovation” categories

Last year we took part in this competition for the first time and joined the ranks of the innovative elite right away. We planned to confirm and repeat our success this year too. We are very pleased that we have succeeded and once again beaten the stiff competition. Prior to this, we participated in a demanding scientific selection process, led by innovation researcher Prof. Dr Nikolaus Franke, that assessed our company’s innovation management and success.

More Information

We consider this success to be an acknowledgement of the work undertaken by all of our MENTOR employees and as recognition of what we achieve together in the field of innovation. This is similarly expressed in the description of our product development process in the current TOP 100 corporate portrait “Es lebe das Licht!” [Long live light]:

“The employees’ wide range of knowledge and vast experience form the basis of this development process and are a unique aspect of the company.“
